1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. The investment memorandum of the municipality "Zelenograd urban district" (hereinafter - the Memorandum) defines the main tasks of the administration in the field of investment and business activities, establishes the basic principles of interaction with the subjects of investment and business activities, and also informs about the main directions of implementation of the investment policy of the municipal entity "Zelenograd district "and measures of state support operating in the territory of municipal of education in relation to the subjects of investment and entrepreneurial activity.
1.2. The memorandum can be used as a basis for the development of investment plans and programs by business entities engaged in investment activities in the territory of a municipal entity Krasnodar City in the form of capital investments.
2. MAIN TASKS OF THE ADMINISTRATION IN THE SPHERE OF INVESTMENT AND BUSINESS ACTIVITY

Interaction with the subjects of investment and business activities in the territory of the municipality "Zelenograd urban district" is carried out on the basis of the following principles:
