Infrastructure support for investors and entrepreneurs:
- Council for the improvement of the investment climate and the development of entrepreneurship under the head of the administration of the Zelenograd urban district ". This advisory and coordinating body was created to increase the efficiency of interaction and ensure coordination of the activities of local governments and investment and business entities in the Zelenograd urban district when considering issues of investment activities and entrepreneurship development.
- Association of restaurateurs and hoteliers of Zelenograd urban district. Its goal is to improve the organization of services for the population and guests of the city, to increase professional knowledge and skills, informational, educational and methodological assistance to members of the Association in carrying out business activities. Currently, the Association consists of 20 largest representatives of the catering and hospitality industry.
- The network of financial and credit organizations: Sberbank, Russian Agricultural Bank, which are ready to lend to small and medium-sized enterprises and private enterprises on preferential terms.
- Agricultural consumer processing sales cooperative Zelenogradsky. Today the cooperative unites five farms of various forms of ownership. The cooperative was created to assist agricultural producers in the district in selling their products.
- A multifunctional center providing state and municipal services, providing the provision of services on the principle of "one window", which allows reducing administrative barriers and simplifying the procedure for obtaining permits and documentation.
