Taking into account the need to ensure environmentally friendly production in the district, two industrial sites are created at a distance from the resort town.
Industrial enterprises can be located on the territory of the Khrabrovo industrial park and the Kamenka investment site. The investment site "Kamenka" is located on a land plot of 2 hectares with the presence of access roads and the possibility of connecting to the power grids and gas supply. Industrial Park "Khrabrovo" covers an area of 271 hectares, and has all the necessary infrastructure to accommodate large enterprises.
Due to the proximity of the Zelenograd district to the coastal cities and the regional center, as well as the high flow of tourists from hospitality and catering enterprises, there is a high need for fresh and high-quality agricultural products.
